Cold weather and chili are a match made in heaven. The best part is that you can throw all of this in the slow cooker and have a healthy and hearty dinner ready and waiting for you. This turkey and bean chili is filled with protein and fiber, and topped with healthy fats, making it a perfect winter meal!

Instructions
  1. Brown ground turkey and onion with olive oil in a skillet until cooked through.
  2. Add turkey and onion mixture to your slow cooker. Add black beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, diced green chilies and all spices. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir to combine and cover.
  3. Cook on high 6-8 hours or on low 10-12 hours
  4. Serve with desired toppings. Enjoy!
