Healthy Homemade Popsicles

Fruit and veggie popsicles are healthy and delicious!

It’s not always easy to work green veggies into your kids’ diet.  So why not sneak them in?  We promise your kiddos will have no idea that there is any spinach in these popsicles.  Full of calcium, fiber, folic acid and lots of vitamins, these yummy treats pack a nutritious punch disguised as dessert!

These fruit and veggie popsicles are a healthy and delicious summer time treat!

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture evenly to fill 4 popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Let sit for a few minutes at room temperature, then remove the popsicles from the mold.
  5. Enjoy!!
